To avoid damage to jewelry, it should be removed before washing hands, swimming, showering, etc., as well as before applying cosmetic products. Avoid contact with cleaning agents. All of this could damage the jewelry, reduce the lifespan of the coating, and cause discoloration.

Unless otherwise stated on the label, XENOX uses synthetic zirconia, which are processed in many colors and cuts. For XENOX Sterling Silver, all stones are hand-set.

Color variations in XENOX zirconia are subject to the manufacturing process and also occur during cutting and polishing. Deviations from the illustrations are possible.

To maintain the brilliance of the zirconia stones in the long term, it is recommended to clean the jewelry regularly with a soft, dry cloth and to protect it from contact with water, perfume, or cosmetics.

Cosmetics, perfumes, and hairsprays can damage pearls or build up on their surface. Pearl jewelry should therefore only be put on after you have finished applying makeup and styling your hair. The heat from hair dryers and hand dryers is also harmful to pearls. Please do not wear pearls while doing housework. After wearing, clean the jewelry with a soft, damp cloth to remove traces of cosmetics and perspiration.

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can easily return it to us within 14 days.

You can return items to us within 14 days. Every package shipped via standard delivery includes a free return label. For returns of items sent via express delivery, you can obtain the necessary return label on our website under "Returns".
