We, that is Stütz GmbH, Gürtelstraße 34–36, 4020 Linz, Austria, Tel. +43 732 772895 0, Fax: +43 732 781895, E-Mail: office@stuetz.com, FN 358176f (Linz Regional Court), distribute XENOX brand goods via the XENOX online shop. Every order placed in the XENOX online shop is directed to us. And if your order is accepted, a sales contract is concluded between you and us.

2. Validity of these General Terms and Conditions:

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are an integral part of every order placed in the XENOX online shop by a consumer (that is “you”) and any other order of XENOX brand goods from us by a consumer via distance selling. If we do not reject your order, these GTC therefore also become part of the contract.

Conversely, these GTC do not apply to orders from entrepreneurs, in particular commercial resellers.

GTC or other contractual provisions used by you shall not apply in any case, even if you should declare this in your order.

3. Order and contract acceptance:

Orders are placed via the XENOX online shop at xenozz.shop, i.e., by way of distance selling. In the course of the ordering process, you will be asked to agree to the validity of these GTC. Your order is the offer made to us to conclude a sales contract. We will confirm receipt of your order by e-mail. This automatically generated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the goods to the address you provided. We will inform you about the shipment by e-mail.

There are no general delivery restrictions. However, we reserve the right not to accept orders. No one has a claim to have us conclude sales contracts with them. We will inform you about the rejection of an order by e-mail.

4. Your statutory right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Stütz GmbH, Gürtelstraße 34–36, 4020 Linz, Austria, Fax: +43 732 781895, E-Mail: kundenservice@xenox.at, by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form available here, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:

• If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this repayment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
• You must return or hand over the goods to us (Stütz GmbH, Gürtelstraße 34–36, 4020 Linz, Austria) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
• We bear the costs of returning the goods.
• You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Delivery time and shipping costs:

We will process your order within four working days of receipt and, provided that we have received payment, will also dispatch the goods within this period, unless we exercise our right to reject your order.

You will be informed about the shipping costs before placing your order; they are also stated separately on the invoice. If you request a special method of shipping, we will charge you for the resulting additional costs. Such special requests must be specified for every order.

6. Prices and payment methods:

All prices stated on our website xenozz.shop are gross prices including statutory VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise next to the price. Payment must be made before the goods are shipped. We offer the following payment methods:

• SOFORT transfer
• Paypal

7. Vouchers:

A XENOX voucher code entitles you to a one-time discount in the online shop for a limited period. To do this, enter the voucher code in the designated field during the order process and recalculate the price.

Only one voucher code can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The price of the ordered goods must always be higher than the value of the voucher code used.

8. Warranty, liability, retention of title:

The statutory warranty and liability provisions apply.

Delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price and shipping costs have been paid in full.

9. Data protection:

In the course of your order, we process personal data concerning you. Detailed information can be found at xenozz.shop/datenschutz.

10. Applicable law:

Austrian law applies exclusively to the legal relationship between you and us, to the exclusion of conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention.

However, if your habitual residence is in a state where we direct our commercial activities, and the sales contract also falls within the scope of these activities, then the mandatory provisions of the law of that state remain unaffected by this choice of law, insofar as they are more favorable to you than the chosen Austrian law.

11. Place of jurisdiction:

If your place of residence is in Austria, the international, local, and substantive jurisdiction of courts for disputes arising from the contract concluded between you and us is determined by statutory provisions.

The same applies if your place of residence is in another member state of the European Union or a state party to the Lugano Convention 2007 (these are Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Denmark) to which we direct our commercial activities, and the sales contract also falls within the scope of these activities: In this case, too, the international, local, and substantive jurisdiction of courts for disputes arising from the contract concluded between you and us is determined by statutory provisions.

If, however, your place of residence is outside these states, then the following jurisdiction agreement applies: For disputes arising from the contract concluded between you and us, Austrian courts have exclusive international jurisdiction, and the courts substantively responsible for Linz have exclusive local jurisdiction.

12. Discount campaigns and special offers

1. Time-limited discount campaigns (e.g., “Black Weekend,” “Summer Sale,” or similar) apply exclusively to the period specified in the respective campaign and only while stocks last.
   
2. Unless otherwise stated, price reductions refer to the regular retail price in the online shop.
   
3. Discounts – unless expressly stated otherwise – cannot be combined with other campaigns, vouchers, or discount codes.
4. We reserve the right to change or terminate discount campaigns prematurely.
   
5. For the Black Weekend Campaign 2025, the following applies:
   From November 28 to 30, 2025, customers receive a 30% discount on all products, excluding engravings and vouchers. The discount is deducted automatically.
   

12a. Newsletter discount

Persons who register for the newsletter receive a one-time 10% discount on their shopping cart.

1. The discount code will be sent by e-mail after successful registration and is valid for seven (7) days from the time it is sent.
   
2. The newsletter discount cannot be combined with other discount campaigns and vouchers.
   
3. The discount applies only to regular items and not to engravings or vouchers.
   
4. Cash payment or subsequent crediting to orders already placed is excluded.
